- Our History
Since 1946, Reliable Heating and Cooling has proudly served homeowners in Massillon and surrounding Stark County communities. With over 80 years of combined industry experience, our team delivers dependable heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions built on honesty, skill, and long-term reliability.
Over the decades, we’ve seen HVAC technology evolve from gravity furnaces to forced-air systems and today’s high-efficiency furnaces, air conditioners, and advanced indoor air quality products. Through every change, our commitment to comfort and customer service has remained the same.
Reliable Heating and Cooling has earned the trust of generations of homeowners by delivering consistent, high-quality HVAC service. In 1990, we partnered with Lennox to offer one of the most recognized and respected product lines in the industry. While Lennox systems are our first choice, our technicians are experienced with all major brands and carry parts for a wide range of equipment.
In 2002, we expanded into our current state-of-the-art facility at 515 26th St. SE in Massillon, allowing us to better serve our customers with a full showroom, in-house sheet metal fabrication, and over-the-counter HVAC parts and supplies.
